DaphOS is an AI-driven platform that empowers operational and strategic management in healthcare, social services, and public sector organisations. It connects and harmonises siloed data (e.g., HR systems, patient flows, supply chains, environmental metrics) through standardised interfaces like FHIR/HL7, enabling predictive insights on staffing levels, patient occupancy, and resource needs.
Using anonymised reference data from over 150 organisations, DaphOS’ modular software model identifies risks and opportunities ahead of time—offering concrete, data-backed action recommendations to optimise workflows, mitigate staff shortages, enhance bed utilisation, and support long-term investment planning. Since its founding in 2021 by Co‑Founders Martin Lichtenberger and Andreas Diensthuber, DaphOS has grown to support over 2,400 organisational units—with a lean 1‑50 person team dedicated to transforming management in the public health ecosystem.
